1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 About Colaraz

Colaraz is a Talent Development and Optimization platform, a joint hub for students, universities, and companies, providing them with expansive and legitimate solution set for recruitment, engagement and development.

Our vision resonates around building a positive social network that works in effect to gather scholarships and employment opportunities from distinguished professionals and corporates. 1.2 Colaraz for Students

When it comes to students, Colaraz is concerned with providing them with a connected platform that links students with professionals in their respective area of interest and helps them in seeking out and exploring new opportunities that will drive them closer to the careers of their dreams. It provides a platform where students can ingress jobs, internships and career paths in the most venerable workplaces within the country.

1.3 Scope and Intent of the “Colaraz Scholarship Program”

In order to aid students, who have to cope with any sort of crisis including financial problems, peer pressure and family pressure and cannot achieve their pursual of education, Colaraz takes up the charge of being their knight in shining armor and provides them with excellent scholarship and funding programs that will shatter the barriers to their dreams. Students who portray excellent purpose and reflect the values of a driven individual are awarded the Colaraz scholarships with the help of a number of sponsors. This will help students to expand, sustain and enhance their ability to perform better in the academic field.

2.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Colaraz is committed to providing scholarships for students to facilitate their educational aspirations. Student with academic achievements along with excellent purpose and drive will be awarded the scholarship.

2.1 Minimum requirements to apply:

1. Be enrolled currently as a full-time student in any university in Pakistan, for an accredited 4-year Undergrad/Bachelors degree program, 2-year Masters program or Ph.D. program.
2. Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
3. Produce any official document from the university stating your enrollment and study program.
4. Be an active member of Colaraz and completing the pre-requisites mentioned to apply for the scholarship.

2.2 Shortlisting Process

Colaraz intends to select students on a specific objective and non-discriminatory basis. Your University administration will also be involved in the selection and awarding process. Following points will also be considered while shortlisting the candidates:

1. Academic achievements
2. Active participation in community services
3. Active participation on Colaraz platform
4. Active participation in University’s events and programs
5. Student’s University to be signed up with Colaraz, so that they can vet the applications

2.3 Scholarship revocation

Scholarships are announced and rewarded quarterly each year. A scholarship given for the purpose of educational support will not be renewable. Candidate is eligible to apply for the scholarships available in the next quarter of the year, once they have received the scholarship from Colaraz. Colaraz may consider renewing a scholarship on a case-by-case basis according to the status of student’s performance.

3.0 SCHOLARSHIPS

3.1 ASPIRER SCHOLARSHIP

Amount Awarded: PKR. 15,000

Number of Awards: 1

4.0 How to Apply:

For scholarship applications, you must be logged in to Colaraz platform.

1. • If you have an existing account, please LOGIN from this link colaraz.com
     

1. • If you are new to the platform, please SIGN UP at colaraz.com

1. • After sign up, you will receive an email to update your password. Please update the password by following the instructions mentioned in the email and complete your profile. After profile completion, you will be redirected to the main menu

1. • Please click on ‘Development’ tab in the main menu

1. • In the ‘Development’ tab, click on ‘Scholarship’ to open it

1. • You will see an option to apply for the scholarships. Click on ‘Apply’ and if prompted for ‘Student Information’, fill up the required fields and click the ‘Save‘ button to save information.
     

1. • After successful submission of the application, you will be able to see the status of your application under ‘Applied Scholarships‘ in the sub-menu on your left.

1. • To invite your contacts, click ‘Invite Icon’ present on the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear to enter contacts’ email IDs, compose a message, and click on the ‘Send’ button.
